I like learning. I always have. I have a B.Sc. in Molecular Biology and an M.Sc. in Communications Sciences and Disorders. When something piques my interest, I want to know more. I want to understand it. I took my first Yoga class in the spring of 2009, and by 2015 I had completed a 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training (YTT) and a 300 Hour Advanced YTT. I had the privilege of then teaching Yoga classes for several years.

During my Yoga Teacher Training, I was introduced to Ayurveda. The seed was planted. And last year (2024), I became an Ayurvedic Health Counsellor. And because I always want to know more, I am currently continuing my studies to become an Ayurvedic Practitioner.

I have experienced the benefits of Ayurvedic practices in my own life and witnessed them in the lives of others. I look forward to working with more people who are interested in discovering how Ayurveda can help support their health.

She is a National Ayurvedic Medical Association recognized Ayurvedic Yoga Therapist (AYT), and Certified Ayurvedic Practitioner (CAP).

She is the author of Ayurvedic Yoga, Ayurveda’s Three Pillars of Health, and the Grief & Ayurveda Workbook.
